There are two great 1/2 day guided sea kayak tours that we run in the Alberni Valley. The fresh warm water of Sproat Lake and the Pacific Ocean Estuary in the Alberni Harbour. Both are great for novices. Because it is often windy in the afternoon, morning and evening departures are recommended for the Alberni Harbour.
