For groups, we like to have a primary contact. When group members contact us, they can mention that they are joining your group. Group members can pay independently.

How to Reserve Your Trip: We recommend that you use our booking form. Just select the trip you want and click send.

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to reservations to hold a tour for 48 hours. Either way, we’ll call you to confirm your reservation and take your $350CAN ($350USD)/person deposit. We can take your VISA or MasterCard number over the phone. We can also accept PayPal or an electronic funds transfer from your financial institution.

The balance is due in 60 days from the time of booking. If you are booking a trip that leaves in less than 30 days, the full amount is due immediately.

Once you have reserved your trip, you will be sent a pre-trip kit either by mail or e-mail. It will contain your medical form and liability release. These must be completed prior to the trip. Personal information is held confidentially and we do not sell our client list. You’ll also receive our gear list and welcome letter. It will have contact numbers and other details to help you with your pre-trip planning.

Trip Fees

All prices are per person in Canadian Funds. Add 5% G.S.T.

While camping, two people are assigned a tent unless there is an odd number of people.

Single tent option: If a guest wishes to have a tent to themselves, there is a single tent charge of $50 CAN. Due to environmental concerns, we reserve the right to limit the number of single tents available on a trip. Some remote trips areas have limited camping space.

Booking Policy: If two groups have sent in a reservation form for the same trip and there is not enough room, we accept the reservation that was sent to us first (Pacific Standard Time) and confirmed. For instance, if we receive an e-mail, voice mail and a fax for the same trip, and we received the fax first, we will contact that party to confirm their reservation. The next two parties will be contacted in the order in which we received their inquiry. Depending on the booking of our 2nd fleet, we will try to accommodate the needs of a group who wants to travel to a destination that is already fully booked.

Multiple trips by one guest in a calendar year: If a guest takes two (or more) trips with Batstar in the same year or purchases a trip(s) as a gift, they will receive an additional 10% discount. The maximum discount is 20%.
